BIRTH Collection

The BIRTH Collection consists of 7 artworks that reflect the artistic evolution, focusing on pieces created by Anastasia over the past 3 years — a period of intensive exploration and transformation. Each work grows out of Anastasia’s creations from this time, reimagined as abstract reflections of the imagination that first gave birth to her artistic journey, bringing it full circle. Anastasia created numerous AI abstractions from those artworks and merged them into each piece of the BIRTH Collection, weaving them into new compositions that stand as portraits of imagination itself, mapping the inner landscapes where art takes form. Together, the seven artworks embody a unified portrait of Anastasia’s inner evolution, capturing the full spectrum of her artistic transformation.

While six pieces radiate vibrant tones of red, orange, and pink, Anastasia emphasizes that the distinct palette of BIRTH VIII — in beiges, browns, blues, and whites — is rooted in a separate body of her monochromatic works that holds a special place in her journey. Though different in color, its essence, style, and conceptual direction remain fully aligned with the collection.

Instead of forcing the sequence, Anastasia embraces the cultural nuance that number “4” is avoided in Asian culture as part of the artwork’s philosophy (given the context of exhibiting the series in China), respecting the invisible borders of meaning that exist in different traditions. By omitting IV, she wants to leave space for reflection, showing that absence itself can carry significance
